Want to chill relax with friends after a long work day The Best Home Game Ever wanted to find a family game that you can play at home easily on quiet evenings? Or may be excited for any sports … even just to feel good and relax your mind?? The answer to this easy one is not hard to guess!

This timeless card game has slowly but surely entrenched itself into the very framework of our existence.

In this type of skill-based game, the basic goal is to have each player meld or arrange 13 cards they were dealt into two separate combinations called sets and sequences. If your cards are formed a minimum of three consecutive numbered card sets, it is considered as SET and if you have at least 3 same Suit then this group is called SEQUENCE.

It is a draw-and-discard game where, on their turn each player picks and discards if needed one card from the available stockpiles until all 13 cards are arranged in proper sets(3 of kind) & sequences (minimum two). So the Open deck and Closed Deck have their important as well as play a major role in this whole mechanism.

Typically in Rummy, every player is given 13 cards each from two decks and the remaining are kept face down to make a ‘Closed deck.’ It includes all the cards that have been thrown or discarded while playing, and called as “Open deck”. Here, only a intelligent rummy participant knows on how to use these cards in the best way.

Always pick cards from the closed deck first.

They go face-down so your opponent cannot predict what it landed on and is then left to speculate as to which card you picked.

When you take cards from your closed deck remember to pick them up closer to yourself, add those cards with the other in hand usually and peak over, so that opponent don’t get a clue about it if its useful one.

It also helps you keep a hidden hand and your opponent won’t know potential melds you are building up to.

So also be specifically all ears to the cards your opponents are taking from open end.

That way they will leave high-valuable cards in your hand that you have not yet discarded, which is excellent!

At the same time, pay all your attention to cards thrown on an open deck by your opponents: you can take them at their turn and use for completing your melds.

One of the best game which needs sharp and agile mind is Rummy. To observe, analyze and to wear that tiny strategic intellect hat just enough for you to decide when should be the right time for you to pick or drop cards from open/closed decks (Picking also means discarding a card in closed deck). The key that guarantees a stunning game is translated to an exhilarating victory.
